Keelan Mooney Posted January 27, 2021 Report Share Posted January 27, 2021 Hi I cant activate Pro 13, I have the license key, but on my free trial when i try activate the license the screen shows a pre-generated certificate and tells me to go to gonitro.com/activate. which does nothing. Can you please completely uninstall Nitro Pro 13 from your machine first? Please also delete all previously downloaded installers. Then get the correct and update installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads You can activate by following the instructions on this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464 I hope this helps.
