When doc is signed, pdf name should change to something like _ signed

When a pdf is sent out for signatures and recipient signs., the final downloaded file should be appended to have _signed or something similar at the end of the document. That way when you download the file into the folder which was used to generate that document, does not overwrite the original file. It would otherwise overwrite it because it has the same name.
