Retrieve deactivated licence

I have deactivated a licence and was not able to make a note of it due to xxxxxxxx blocking the number. How can I retrieve it to activate it on a new computer

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

If you did not purchase Nitro from our website and have the CD your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code.
(Please keep in mind that if you purchased Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems)

I purchased the licenses in 2 lots direct from the website. I have 2 invoices from Cleverbridge but no email correspondence.

The reference numbers that appear on the invoices are ** and **

The invoice numbers are *** and ***

I believe that the lost license relates to the former rather than latter.
