spontaneous deactivation, no way to create a ticket

Honestly I don't understand what is going on.  I have been using this fine for months, and boom, it deactivated.

The activate with serial won't even bring up a dialog, and signing in does nothing.

Putting the serial on the website says create a support ticket, which sends me back to the same screen.

It is infuriating.

Some at Nitro Please tell me how to fix this!!

For now, I released your Nitro Pro 11 serial number so you can reactivate. Please get the correct version 11 installer from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464

It looks like downloading 13 again fixed it.

I guess my copy was unable to reactivate.

It would be nice if you are going to change the activation procedure that it least let me know a new version is available.
