NItro Pro 9 serial key not valid for eligibility check for upgradation

i am having a Nitro Pro 9 version and wish to upgrade it. while checking the eligibility criteria serial key of Nitro Pro 9 is not getting accepted.

what should be done next to check the upgradation.
