Daniele Decarli Posted February 4, 2021 Report Share Posted February 4, 2021 Hi i changed one of my computer. i deactivate license on the portal but i cannot activate nitro pro 10 on the new one. the error is -23: Error License number already used, but in the portal I deactivate the license ( both license, now 0 activated on the portal but the problem persist. ) could someone help me thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
