Nitro 10 Activation failed ( 0 license activated )

Hi

i changed one of my computer. i deactivate license on the portal but i cannot activate nitro pro 10 on the new one. the error is -23: Error License number already used, but in the portal I deactivate the license ( both license, now 0 activated on the portal but the problem persist. )

could someone help me

Good afternoon,

We have the same problem. We changed a few weeks ago. At that time i could deactivate one and reactivate one. 

Today activations = 0 but i can't activate.

hI

I've changed my computer. i deactivate license on the portal but i cannot activate nitro pro 10 on the new one.

I've linked the original mail to install Nitro Pro 10 but it doesn't work.

I have the same problem , My old Laptop Crased last year and since that I could not activated my Perpetual Nitro Pro Suite.

I really need help , I had write but the answers did not help to reactivated it

I have the next error after to follow your instructions

"Enter your installation ID and serial number and click Submit"
