Activation Error

It's been extremely hard to get in touch with Nitro Support Team! I have been emailing, emailing and emailing customer support but never heard back! I hope I do receive answer back for my case. Window 10, activation error, trial has expired. I tried to reinstall the newer version but could not remove the current version for some reason. There isn't any phone number for me to call to get it done. I just paid for a new license with a hope it can solve issue but it wasn't. So what should I do?

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.33.2.645 from the page I have provided below:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
