Failed attempt at activating Nitro Pro on a new laptop

I recently received my new office laptop and starting loading Nitro onto it. Everything went fine until I pasted in my serial number.  It says that my serial number does not exist.  Realized it was because my serial number was for Nitro Pro 9 so I attempted to download that version and no joy.  How do I get this issue fixed?
