I cannoit locate my serial number any where. I cant get any information or submit a ticket. Is there any one that can assist

In order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.
-A copy of the order invoice.

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

As a courtesy of being a valuable customer of Nitro, we want to make you aware of an upcoming change to your product that may affect its performance so please install Nitro Pro 12.16.6.574 using below direct MSI links:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12166574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the serial number that I send you privately.
