Serial No's 234xxxxx797 and 234xxxxx953 ordered together. I've upgraded one system, and now I've come to upgrade the second, it tells me I'm already upgraded? I can see that you were able to upgrade the serial number that ends at 797 to version 13 license. We are currently looking at fixing your issue so you could upgrade the other serial number (that ends at 953) to version 13.
