Upgrade of two Serial Numbers on same Invoice?

Hi I've got two copies of v9, on one order and want to upgrade both. Serial No's 234xxxxx797 and 234xxxxx953 ordered together. I've upgraded one system, and now I've come to upgrade the second, it tells me I'm already upgraded?

Fine - I'm will to pay for the upgrade on a second system - but it won't allow me to, irrespective of which of the above serial numbers I use when requested?

Hi @John Hammond,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I can see that you were able to upgrade the serial number that ends at 797 to version 13 license. 

We are currently looking at fixing your issue so you could upgrade the other serial number (that ends at 953) to version 13.
