Lili Ip Posted February 23, 2021 Report Share Posted February 23, 2021 Hello there, I purchased the license to Nitro Pro 10 in 2016 and have been using this version ever since. I recently changed my laptop and I am looking to transfer my Nitro Pro 10 licence from my old laptop to my new laptop. However, I am made to understand that in order to use the same serial number as received during my Nitro Pro 10 purchase, I need to download the same version Nitro pro 10 onto my new laptop and then activate with that serial number. Unfortunately, the link given in the 2016 email to download the Nitro Pro 10 version does not work anymore, and I cant seem to find the Nitro Pro 10 anywhere on the Nitro website for download - only the latest version 12 and 13 are available and I have tried using the serial number to activate on these versions - I get the message that ''This serial number does not exist''. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page, https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
