-23: Error - Licence number already used

Hi All,

I have swapped out hard drives in my laptop and deactivated Nitro Pro 12 before I installed the new drive.

I am now getting this -23 error on this new hard drive and have even tried deactivating the licence using the site below:

Activating Nitro Pro | Nitro (gonitro.com)

This site says I have zero (0) activations currently. I tried the manual activation which says process unsuccessful... License Key already used

Is there anything I am missing? Any help would be much appreciated.

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number.
