Cannot activate despite having 0/2 activations

Hi there,

I correctly deactivated my licence prior to a laptop rebuild and then checked my license activations via the activation portal and it stated that I have 0/2 activations.

I have a Nitro Pro 12 licence and I installed Nitro Pro 12.  When I tried to activate it stated that I had reached the maximum number of activations.

Could you please investigate.
