Crash software after installed NITRO PRO 13

Hello everybody!

Today i haev upgraded to version 13. Once I have installed the software I have tried to open a document an the answer from  the system is always the same..... "software crashes"

Do you know which is the solution for the above issue?

For the sake of initial troubleshooting of this crashing issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603 

If Modify button is greyed-out, please refer to this screen-cast that will teach you on how to go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features and repair your Nitro Pro program or any application installed on your system:

If repairing didn't help, could you please provide the following?:

-Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message (hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message') so I can replicate it on my end. 
-Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you are trying to open? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?

Hi Allain,

First of all, thank you for your support.

I did staep by step all your indications showed in your response and after restarting Windows 10 once NITRO appears as "REPEARED" the program doesn't work as the beginning.

 

Mi NITRO version is 13.33.2.645

The problem happens with every file.

The files I tried to open are saved in local.

I have the very same issue as @David Garcia.

After installation of newly purchased Nitro 13 I installed version 13.33.2.645. When the program launches after installation it crashes immediately and I have already submitted several crash reports to Nitro. I even tried manual uninstall of Nitro 12 and several reboots, but nothing helped. So I had to revert to Nitro 12.

In addition, Nitro is not responding to provide support. On March 3rd I have submitted case # 00252xxx to Nitro, but no answer.

@AllainU Please fix this issue asap.
