Tailor Meszaros Posted March 3, 2021 Report Share Posted March 3, 2021 I keep getting an error message whenever I try to open a pdf. It says Error 401. Seems like a common issue but cant find an answer to the problem. I am also constantly having issues when I try to print to PDF. Both of these things worked perfectly when I started using Nitro Pro, but in the last few weeks for whatever reason it seems every day there is some new issue. I have reinstalled multiple times as well. If I can't get this figured out I will be switching to Adobe. Any help is appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). Lastly, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?
