I have a new computer and I want to transfer my Nitro from my old computer. How do I do that?

Hi Jason,

 

Thanks for your post!

 

In order to transfer your license from one computer to the next, you will need to do the following:

1. Deactivate Nitro Pro from your current computer.  To deactivate, open Nitro Pro and go to "Help > About Nitro > Deactivation"

2. Download/install your version of Nitro Pro onto the new computer

3. Use your serial key to activate the license on your new computer.

I am trying to transfer my product key to my new computer.

I cannot locate the field to enter the product key. can you help?

Hi @can,

Thanks for posting on our community forums!

I saw your ticket and answered it. You can also activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and enter your serial number.

I tried to enter that information but the activation screen came back and indicated that the serial number only contains numeric values.  And the Serial Number has alpha and numeric keys.

Hi @Steve P,

Thanks for posting on our community forums!

I see you already submitted a ticket. Your serial number needs alternate installers for you to be able to activate successfully.

We will send the installers via the ticket you created.
