Nitro pro not embedding attachments in Outlook

Hi,

I am trying to convert some outlook emails that contain attachments. The emails are converting fine however the attachments are not embedding in the PDF.

The nitro version is 13.35.3.685 on a free trial. Can you please let me know whats the issue? Already tried deleting the temp data in local.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Emails and their attachments can be converted, using the 'Embed Attachments' option, however, that will embed the attachments in their original form as 'an attachment' to the PDF.
You will find that down the 'Attachments' button down the bottom on the left in Nitro.

The function doesn't 'convert' the attachment as well as the email.
If you wanted both the email and the attachment converted, you will have to do that separately, then combine them.

I'm having the same problem.  When I click on the attachment button there's nothing there.  It only gives me the option to add an attachment.

Can you please let me know what exact version of Nitro you are using? You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro. 

Can you walk us through your conversion workflow including the settings and options you choose so we can see where the issue might be starting?

Same problem here.

When I click "From Attachment",  I get a "Browse For Folder" popup, to (I guess) search for the attachments? They're in Outlook, and thats not in the browse list.

Please advise.  (I'm using Nitro Pro 13.67.0.45)
