John Sands
Since the update this morning I can't print with Nitro Pro 12, it sits at the spooling box and the progress bar doesn't move. Any ideas?
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted March 9, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 9, 2021 Hello @John Sands Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you. So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following: Are you printing to PDF or are you printing to a physical printer? If it's a physical printer, please send us the specific brand and model and the type of printer drivers in use (PS, PCL, KX, etc) Please send us the file you are trying to print for testing Please specify the exact steps you are taking Some screenshots would be very helpful as well I look forward to your response. John Sands
Hi @Leslie V. This happens when I try to print any document from any other program to Nitro Pro pdf printer (so I'm not sending you the docs I'm trying to print) Exact steps: in the doc of interest, select print (my default is Nitro Pro 12 print to pdf), press print, select desired location for the output file. Then the spooling box comes up and stays there indefinitely with no progress bar. I have screenshots but you'll need to explain how I attach them to the message or upload them to a URL. Finally a colleague that I persuaded to use NP12 has updated today and since the update he gets a different fail message on attempting to print which I can also upload once you explain the mechanics of attaching files Thanks
