Sarah Luschnig Posted March 9, 2021 Report Share Posted March 9, 2021 Hi there, A couple of weeks ago I had to do a hardware reset on my laptop. After re-installing Nitro Pro I tried to activate it with the serial number at hand, it didn't work. I already tried the process described on this page: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal. It says that the reset was successful and that there are no current activations, meaning that the serial number is ready to use. Whenever restart the process there is this message again that the serial number is invalid. What can be done? I do have a reference number by Cleverbridge if this is of any help.
