Andrew Martinez Posted March 9, 2021 Report Share Posted March 9, 2021 Hello, I am trying to activate my Nitro Pro account on a new computer but each time I provide the serial number to activate it, I receive a "Serial Number Entered Does Not Exist" message. I know the serial number is correct because once I click the "Submit a Support Request" link and provide the same serial number, it brings up the Serial Number, Version, Status, Number of Activations and Number of Activations Allowed profile page for my account. I tried deactivating and repeating but have had no success with that either. Please let me know what I need to do to activate this.
