Support iTandBeyond Posted March 16, 2021 Report Posted March 16, 2021 Hi, Nitro 10 pro will not progress past the splash screen. When clicking on it the dialog box 'Nitro 10 is not responding' appears and the program crashes. Ran a repair which crashed, as well as re- installing with Nitro Pro 10.5.5.29 (64-bit). After a successful installation the same issue is happening again. Could someone please advise? Kieran iTB

Nitro Pro 10 is already discontinued and already on it end of life. You may install the latest build of Nitro Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574 then activate it using your existing serial number. The Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer can be located from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link Once Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click on Activate. If you run into Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installation and activation issues, please provide the following: 1. Screenshot of your About Nitro Pro Window (found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro). 2. The Nitro Pro serial number you used to activate the software.
