I was able to undo the update which restored everything but I kept getting a notification that my "trial" was over for Nitro Pro (this computer has a license). After using the support function using the license serial number, it only got me to where it asks me to deactivate it, but then it doesn't tell me where to re-input my serial number to reactivate.
