Duncan Fitzgerald Posted March 18, 2021 Report Share Posted March 18, 2021 Hello, Like everyone else, we recently received the notice regarding the Nitro server upgrade, and I'm trying to find the correct upgrade path and whether or not additional purchases and/or upgrade fees will be required. We currently have the following perpetual licenses: 36 X Nitro Pro 10 26 X Nitro Pro 11 22 X Nitro Pro 12 We have a Systems Management Appliance (similar to SCCM), and can easily deploy an MSI package. We also don't use any custom settings or 3rd party addons. Will we be required to purchase upgrade licenses for all these versions of Nitro Pro? Is their still an available upgrade path for versions 10 & 11? Assuming these upgrades are being applied to the existing installations, will any reactivation be required?
