Valerie Kolenbrander Posted March 23, 2021 Report Share Posted March 23, 2021 After upgrading 5 of 8 licences, the remaining 3 serial numbers indicate were already upgraded. However, they are still running under versions 10.5.9.9 and 10.5.2.11. Can I download NP13 Trial and enter the S/Ns for the 3 running under the older version #s? Do I need to deactivate them first or can I do that AFTER I've confirmed the 3 are activated to 13.33.2.645, the same as the other upgrades.
