D C Posted March 27, 2021 Report Share Posted March 27, 2021 (edited) Dear Sirs, My Nitro pro serial number is 1600xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx Every time I start Nitro Pro, on my laptop (Windows 10), it gives an error window box saying "An Error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)" this has been like for quite some time now. please advise solution to get rid of this. also, an i get the upgrade to Nitro pro version 13? appreciate your kind positive response for the above.
