Upgrade portal is saying that my fourth license has already been upgraded

I am having the exact same issue with just one of my four licenses.  The upgrade portal is saying that my fourth license has allready been upgraded.

The problem is... I didn't upgrade it.

Please help.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro our Upgrade Portal is claiming already upgraded?
