v 12 Serial not identified

-20 Error: Invalid license number

After april 1st, my license was deactivated and found this article in the Knowledge Base https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000004471

sent me to download this file

For our Retail / Online customers you can find Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 linked off the following page:

Cant get the file to install, Keep getting Nitro Pro Setip Wizard has failed message.

My serial Number is 2346004624127xxxxx for version 12.  My product deactivated on april 1st.  I uninstalled and when i tried re installing version 12 i get an install error.  

Type in my serial to upgrade to 13 and its also not identidfied.

Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 12. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features then reboot the machine.

2. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

3. Download your Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using these offline link/s:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.

 

With regard to our Upgrade Portal not recognizing your Nitro Pro 12 serial number, please allow us to make necessary adjustments on your account.

Rest assured once everything is in place, our Upgrade Portal should be able to recognize your serial number so you can upgrade to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate.
