Nitro 12 converting pdf to word sometimes works, sometimes I get a blank page

Hello,

 

I LOVE Nitro. I am converting a book I wrote almost 40 years ago from a print copy  to create a digital word copy for my new publisher. I scanned the pages using Nitro 12. Then I tried to convert the whole 200 pages book into word and it only created a blank page in word. So I tried converting the chapters one at a time. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't (just gives me the blank page).

Correction - I did not use NItro to scan the pages. I scanned them on my Canon ImageClass MF644.

Please send us a few sample scans so we can have a look and test if there is any workaround.

Also, please confirm what exact build of Nitro you are using. You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.

thanks Leslie, I just sent you two scans - I am using Nitro 12 upgraded last month from Nitro 9.
