It says that i have too many installations, and yet can not find my valid serial number to attempt reactivation on the web site downloaded version 12.. it will not accept my serial number 13DB-16FC-39B7-EDE3-9CAB-9A70-394B-FA8C please activate. there are no other installed copies of this software. You don't support it but that does not give you License to actively block me from re-installing a working copy and forcing me to purchase another version. FFS. I have zero active installs after trying to repair the software, and I can not deactivate a copy as it is not installed anywhere any more. I don't need a new version.
