Hello @mike b

Thanks for reaching out!

Your serial number is for version 4 which was released more than a decade ago. We no longer support this version.

You can purchase a Nitro Pro 13 serial number from this page instead: https://www.gonitro.com/pricing

Let me know if you have other questions.

Lookit.  You don't support it but that does not give you License to actively block me from re-installing a working copy and forcing me to purchase another version. FFS.

FYI, WA state small debt court filing fee is only $10.00.

your system recognizes that my serial number is allegedly in use on two computers and blocks my activation. you need to unblock the activation.

Hello @mike b

We no longer support version 4. Our current version is Nitro Pro 13.

Please send me your purchase invoice or receipt so I can look up your records and check this for you.

Cheers!

Your system recognizes my serial number and believes that I have multiple installs.  I have zero active installs after trying to repair the software, and I can not deactivate a copy as it is not installed anywhere any more.

I don't need a new version.  This works fine for the 3 or 4 times a year that I use it.  thanks,  Mike
