Buenos días,

Estoy intentando desactivar el número de serie de Nitro Pro 11, pero cuando le doy a desactivar me aparece el mensaje "Please select devices to deactivate", y no puedo marcar nada.

Parece ser que si no se desactiva primero, no se puede volver a activar la licencia.

Agradeceré me digan si hay algún correo donde escribir, pues estoy en una empresa y llevo horas con el mismo tema, y no puedo seguir con el trabajo. Gracias.
