Error 401 when starting Nitro + lost access to my account

LS,

After changing my account password I suddenly receive 401 errors when starting Nitro. Then I discovered that I cannot login to my account anymore. I receive a password reset email on request, but that does not grant me access to my account. This is a bit of a catch-22 condition since I need an account for asking support. Therefore this message was created using a new account.

Hello Nieko,

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

I sent you a reset password link through email.

Once the password is reset, please try logging in to Nitro Sign again via Nitro Pro.

Please let me know how that goes.

Hi Leslie,

Thank you for your quick response. However, you send this to my temporary emergency *.net account.
I require access to my *.nl account (* is the same for both accounts). Don't bother to send a password reset on that account. It simply does not work. When changing the password for that account I get a message that I could not be logged in.
