Nieko Punt Posted April 8, 2021 Report Share Posted April 8, 2021 LS, After changing my account password I suddenly receive 401 errors when starting Nitro. Then I discovered that I cannot login to my account anymore. I receive a password reset email on request, but that does not grant me access to my account. This is a bit of a catch-22 condition since I need an account for asking support. Therefore this message was created using a new account. Best, Nieko Punt. I sent you a reset password link through email. Once the password is reset, please try logging in to Nitro Sign again via Nitro Pro. Please let me know how that goes. I require access to my *.nl account (* is the same for both accounts). Don't bother to send a password reset on that account. It simply does not work.
