Unable to Activate Nitro Pro 12.

I had to wipe my pc and reinstall, but when I do it's giving me a -20 error that my license isn't valid. I uninstalled, rebooted and tried the newest installer. I looked at advanced and its giving my computer an ID of all 0's.

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number
