Reviewing a document - Restricted

Hi, I just upgraded to Nitro 13.  I am not able to review/markup change anything on a document I just created.  All options in Review, Page layout, forms, erase and most of protect are greyed out.  Appears to need a password to unlock.  I didnt set up any password so not sure how to resolve this.

You can check the document properties of the document if it has restrictions when editing the document. To do this, open the document in Nitro Pro then go to File > Document Properties. Under Security tab, the 'Existing security settings' section will show which modification are allowed and not. Please check as well what is selected under the Security Method field.

If no security is set and all modifications are allowed on the document, please check if your Nitro Pro installation is activated. You can see this by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see Deactivate button, this means the software is activate. If Activate button is present, click on it then activate it using your serial number.

Thanks for help and instructions.  All sorted now and I understand the security elements more now.
