harsh marwah
Hi when I try to edit my pdf using nitro v13, the "brightness/contrast" feature doesnt work (you can get it by selecting edit->click on image/page->format tab-> adjust-> brightness/contrast). Also when i try the "Color-> greyscale" option in the same adjust section, nitro freezes or crashes. Anyone else facing this issue and can anyone tell me how to fix this. Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted April 14, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted April 14, 2021 Hello Harsh, Thanks for reaching out to us! So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following: - A sample file that we can test - What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.) - The exact steps you are taking - A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving I look forward to your response. Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted April 15, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted April 15, 2021 Hello, It looks like an image-specific issue. I copied the same image and re-applied it to the same file. I was able to adjust the brightness and contrast successfully. I also got an image of the fruits to test the file, I set it to grayscale it it worked fine. Here is the screenshot: I recommend re-creating this file or the image so that you can make the necessary adjustments. Please let me know if you have any questions. harsh marwah
Hi, Actually I was able to adjust these setting (Brightness & contrast) on the same file (multiple files) in earlier version of nitro (v 9). I had to print multiple files from the same source and I used to change these setting to save some ink. Do you know what might be causing this so I could troubleshoot.
