New license - old computer crashed, can't deactivate on line to use on new computer

We purchased a new license, then the next day, the computer crashed and Nitro wasn't deactivated on that computer.

Tried reactivating on new computer, but old one is still active.  Can't deactivate from on line.  HELP !!

Hello Brenda,

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can activate successfully. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
