Brenda Marello Posted April 12, 2021 Report Share Posted April 12, 2021 We purchased a new license, then the next day, the computer crashed and Nitro wasn't deactivated on that computer. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. I hope this helps.
