Trina Forno Posted April 13, 2021 Report Share Posted April 13, 2021 I am having trouble with my license no longer working and program has gone back to trial version. As I don't have a premium account I can't seem to get any help, I have tried all the suggestions I can find. My IT has removed the program and re-installed. Doesn't work. (Version # 13.2.3.26) When I search the license on the website it says it's active and if I'm having issues to Deactivate and reactivate, whenever I click deactivate it says select which license you would like to deactivate but there is no where you can select the license. When I try and click activate within the program nothing happens. The other suggestion on this forum was to install Nitro 13 but I already have this version. I have been trying to get this working for weeks now and is getting very frustrating. Can someone from Nitro please contact me and help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You have an old version 13 build. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 13 update: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 13 serial number.
