Support Layer3IT Posted April 13, 2021 Report Share Posted April 13, 2021 Hi there, We're currently attempting to activate an existing serial on a new PC that we've removed/deactivated from an old PC. Getting the below error: We believe the software previously on the old pc was Nitro 11 Pro v 184.108.40.2065, we've first tried to activate on the newest Nitro 13, but then uninstalled and attempted on Nitro 220.127.116.110 with the same result.
