Nitro Pro 10 to New laptop

I am not able to activate my license since I changed my laptop kindly help me

I tried the following:

 

1.       First, I tried to deactivate the key in the nitro portal it is asking to select the device but there is no device is available in that

2.       I tried manual method that also not working

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 23460x-xxxxxx-xxx469
