I began having problem in late February. Tried suggestions in Forum. Finally after many hours of frustration I purchased 13. Activated fine but still have same problem. I paid for support. How do I get it. I am very frustrated. I have had Nitro since before 2010 and have routinely upgraded to new versions but never have I had any major problem.
