Nitro Pro was activated no isn't, can't activate

Hi,

I had Nitro Pro v13 installed and was working fine but last week said it couldn't connect to the licence server.

Checked the Serial No on the website and deactivated it.

Now in Nitro still say's can't connect to licence server and if you try manual activation after pasting the serial number in there is no key to copy and pasted online.

Anyone able to provide info on how to resolve
