Good evening, a customer of ours owns two licenses of NitroPro and currently has Nitro Pro 7 installed on his PC.
Since it is giving him many problems I wanted to install the new version of Nitro but during the activation he gives me the error in question. Can you help me ? Thank you

Thank you for your message!

Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro7. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

You can either upgrade to Nitro Pro 13: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Or install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can continue using your purchased license: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 7 serial number.
