TechMD Delta Posted April 23, 2021 Report Share Posted April 23, 2021 When trying to merge two PDFs using Nitro, data (Names, dates, etc on the form) that was filled out on one PDF is overtaking the data throughout the entire merged PDFs. Is there a way to prevent this from happening to keep the original data that was in each PDF the same as it was before the merge? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You may try to 'Save As Flattened PDF' first the document that contains forms with data before merging it to another PDFs and see if it works for you. Please note that once the document is flattened, the forms will no longer be fillable. To flatten the document, open it in Nitro Pro then go to File > Save As, at the top right change the selection from Standard PDF to Flattened PDF.
