pdf to word-word doc. is blank

when converting pdf to word, word doc. is blank but after saving, if I put my pointer over to saved doc. tells me the information is there in Mb or Kb. no error code

Is this issue happening to all the Word document you convert to PDF using Nitro Pro? Or, it happens to specific Word files?
What are the steps you are taking (workflow) when converting a word document to PDF? 

Please provide as well the exact version and build of your Nitro Pro. You can see this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

when converting pdf. to word,

after saving.

before opening word doc. if I put my pointer over to saved doc. it tells me the information is there in Mb or Kb.

after opening word doc. it is blank , i can not see any information, blinking cursor is in upper left corner of page. 

no error code

this issue happening to all the Word documents i convert from PDF using Nitro Pro 10.

after signing in, i open Nitro Pro 10, in convert box click 'to word'.
