software will not activate using old licence # never used

Found an old licence # that was purchased Oct 11/19 that was never used so we are installing it now but it will not activate and the find my licence option doesn't work either.  Need to get this laptop out to site on Tuesday.

Please provide as well your serial number and the exact version/build of your Nitro Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

Hello @Corrine LeMaire-Gordon,

My apologies for the delay. The serial number you provided is a version 13 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 13 installation. Please install Nitro Pro 13 by downloading the installer from the following location:

Thanks I had to contact my computer tech to assist me and he figured that out for me.
