Jürgen Klingelhöfer
Running Windows 10 Pro, latest version 20H2, and Nitro Pro 13.38.1.739. Only one shared network printer is shown in Nitro Pro, in all other apps the second shared network printer is also shown. How can the second shared network printer be used? Jürgen Klingelhöfer
Hello Allain, I performed these steps, but nothing has changed. Some other notebooks with the same configuration do not have the problem. Another user on the same notebook has the same problem. Do you have any idea? Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted May 11, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 11, 2021 Hello @Jürgen Klingelhöfer, Thank you for this information and for your patience. In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Lastly, what is the exact make / model of the affected notebooks? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
