Error Deactivating Nitro Pro

Hello,

I am trying to deactivate Nitro on my current computer and activate it on my new computer. When I click on Deactivate, it errors out with -24: Activation Error. I follow the link and look up my license. It says there are  0 activations for the license. When I try to activate the license on my new computer, it states the same error and won't let me activate the license.
