Convert to Word Missing from Ribbon

This is killing me.

For some reason I am unable to see the "Convert" option in Nitro Pro on the Home tab. They just aren't there!!? I have a bunch of users with this issue.

So Convert to Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc are just not there!!??

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please try to update/repair the Nitro Pro add-ins through the Nitro Support Tools. Here are the steps:

1. Close/exit Microsoft Office (if any of them are open). 
2. Go to the Nitro Pro installation directory (C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\x) then look for NitroPDFSupportTools.exe. 

Note: X is the version of the Nitro Pro installed on the machine. 

3. Run it as admin. 
4. Under the 'PDF Creation' tab, uncheck all the Microsoft Office Add-ins then click the Update Add-ins button. (see screenshot below)

5. When done, check all Add-ins then click Update Add-ins.
6. Open Microsoft Office then see if the issue persists.

Appreciate your reply. I am not missing the convert options from within Office. I am missing the Convert to Word, Excel etc options from within the Nitro - Home ribbon??

I have a screenshot of the problem but there is nowhere in this forum that allows me paste in or upload the image.

I found this example of what I am missing. I am unable to see ANY "Convert to Word" or "Convert to Excel" options in the menu?

Thank you for confirming the issue. 

The convert to Word, Excel, Powerpoint, are placed under the Convert tab in Nitro Pro by default. Please try to repair your Nitro Pro installation and see if these button will get restored. You can repair Nitro Pro thought the Windows' Control Panel > Programs and Features.
