-24:Activation Error

Hi,

I upgraded to a new computer and successfully deactivated Nitro on old computer but cannot activate Nitro on new one.  Please let me know what you need me to provide you to assist me.  I get the -24:Activation Error and had my IT Support Team follow the manual steps with no luck.  My email address is christine@pipedreaxxxxxxxxx.com.

To continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, we have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please update to Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using below direct MSI links:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 23460x-xxxxxx-x91638
